Feeding Guide
Defrost overnight and use within 4 days once opened. Always keep frozen until you are ready to thaw and serve.
How to feed raw
Adult dogs should be fed between 2% (under 2 hours of exercise per day) and 3% (2 or more hours of exercise per day) of their body weight per day, but this is only a guide and other factors, including your dog's usual activity level, must be considered. You should monitor your dog's weight and adjust feeding quantities if required.
Check with your vet if you are unsure.
Treat raw dog food as you would with usual raw food, wash hands, surfaces and utensils immediately after handling this product and keep away from other food.
A fresh supply of drinking water should always be available.
As yummy as it looks, our raw frozen food is dog food only and is not for human consumption.
New to raw?
In order to switch from your current food start by adding in 25% of the new food and increase gradually until you have swapped over during the course of the next 7 days.
You can feed a mixture of both cold pressed at same time as raw as they break down at similar rates, however we do not recommend feeding raw food with kibble as it could knot in the dog's stomach.

Delivery
For most of the UK, you’ll receive free shipping on orders over £30, and for orders under £30 you’ll pay a £4.21 delivery fee. Please note that our Cold Pressed and Raw Food sample boxes automatically have free delivery applied to them, irrespective of whether the order value is less than £30.
For some parts of Scotland, we currently cannot deliver Raw Frozen Food and due to their location there are higher delivery fees for Cold Pressed Dry Food. Customers who live in these areas will pay £9.52 for orders under £30 and £5.31 for orders over £30. See full list of restrictions here >
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days of you placing your order with us. You’ll receive an automated email to let you know when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information so you can stay up to date on your delivery’s progress. UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day or two for dispatch. Samples may take up to 10 working days for dispatch.
Raw Frozen Food orders: We will only deliver Raw Frozen Food on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday to avoid deliveries defrosting and spoiling whilst in transit.

This is really nice food and our dog does not hesitate to wolf it down. We ordered two large batches but were not told when it was coming. Just as I was getting in my car to go out the van pulled up. This product could have sat at the front door for hours. Need to tighten up this process and then they will be unbeatable.

I have been feeding my JRT this food for around 4 months now.
Pros:
- she came to us with a large bald patch on her back which we figured out to be a combination of allergies, stress and flea dermatitis. All resolved except the allergies. After 3 weeks on this food the bald patch finally grew back fully! She came off forthglade salmon which she had partially grown some hair back in the 8months she was on it. I was amazed how quick she grew it back on this food.
- it’s the first salmon/fish raw food I have found! She’s allergic to almost everything but fish and finding a good quality raw food that suits her has been almost impossible.
- she loves it (although she’s never been fussy)
- recyclable packaging is a big win
Cons:
- it’s very fatty. She started on this food at 4.8-5kg a very healthy weight which she had maintained well on all other foods. She is fed less than the guide for her weight of 5kg (all her training treats have remained the same) and she has gained over a kg. We have then had to reduce her amounts and she still isn’t losing the weight. We tried her on a rabbit (allergy test) and she lost .3kg in a week on double the food than she gets on this (unfortunately it set off her allergies). For this reason if another option for salmon/fish raw comes up I will be swapping her to that as it can’t be nice to be having so little food.
- having a small dog on a pack like this runs the risk of it going off before you can use it all up. This leads to some waste as she…

I'm sorry to hear that she is putting some weight on with it.
The Salmon is quite high in oil, meaning that there will be more calories in it than some of the other flavours.
