Delivery Delays

Due to industry-wide delays across delivery networks in the UK, we're currently experiencing delivery issues ahead of the festive holidays. Please be aware your order may be delayed. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to ensure your order is delivered to you as swiftly as possible, however if any concerns or issues arise, please do contact us on info@wilsonspetfood.co.uk.

We usually aim to deliver frozen raw food within 24 hours of it leaving our factory, however we do package our products in such a way that they should remain frozen for at least 48 hours should your delivery be delayed. If your frozen raw food is delayed by a day or so, please don’t worry – simply check that your trays are still cold to the touch and at least 50% frozen(hard in the middle) and assuming this is the case, they will be safe to freeze at home. If your delivery was delayed for longer than 48 hours or you have any concerns that your frozen raw food has thawed, please contact our team who will rectify this for you as soon as possible.
